fps odd not enough (Battlefield 3)

the problem is actually this. FPS does not rise above 30 frames, and sometimes drops to 22x. the drivers are updated, I tried to configure the vidyuhu through the NVIDIA panel, not any changes. as there was a maximum of 30 and remained, while a friend on a less powerful laptop had 45-60 frames with the same settings, but on windows 8.1,
could someone have encountered such a problem?
