HD Texture Pack 3.0 lite vs DSFix2.4 (Dark Souls)

I want to replay the dark and I want to improve the graphics, so I think it will be better, just a texture pack + replacing vegetation + dshix or texture pack + dshix setting or just dshix with max settings?
