ENB is not installed on 4GB version (Fallout: New Vegas)

Hello. I need to install Overgrowth ENB on a patched (4GB, NVSE) Fallout New Vegas. But ENB just doesn't work. I would like a detailed guide on how to put ENB on FNV4GBNVSE. Thanks
PS: Through F12 ENB does not work either.

and what is wrong? I have the same plugins 4GB, NVSE, everything works, but I hate it. did you unpack it into the folder with the game?

doesn't like other girls at all. if you leave d3d9.dll in exes, then there will be a black screen (it means that ENB probably robs), and if you remove it from there, then everything is fine
