Use the active "Dodge" rogue skill from the "Dodge" branch in order to overcome the destroyed span of the wooden flooring on the wall (both times). And in the Avvar camp and near (in addition to the fragments) there are several quests. Without a screen it is very difficult to say exactly what you have there.
