Lost connection to server

The question is the following: for almost the whole last week I have been observing intermittent communication problems in PSN. Either on Friday evening they write that the technical work on the server, which is generally strange, is thrown out of the online approximately every 5 minutes. I watched information on the Internet, dully as in a tank. Maybe someone came across a similar one or heard about it?
PS The Internet works perfectly.
