Graphic settings not working (American Truck Simulator)

Weird I for some reason the graphics settings are not working.Unscrewed everything on ultra and nothing happens.Can anyone knows of che is it so..?

All the chorus work was needed just to restart the game.So in v1.36 as well, and let..
