Look, the consul drops 4 items:

first - TC-X //
second gold - TC-Y //
third hat - TC-Z //
fourth rune - TC-A // club

If you have 300% mf, then you increase the chance that the hat and club will be yellow / blue / brown / green.

But under what hands can the cap fall into the gold slot?
