How to increase the number of places for equipment? (Construction Simulator 2015)

I wanted to buy more equipment I bought one big excavator I wanted to buy a tower crane but says there are not enough places for new equipment and how to sell the starting equipment?

you need to go through the game .. at level 6 you will move ... strangely the second lvl and there is already money for a tower crane ...
