The video driver has stopped responding and has been restored

ASUS K53SV laptop, Core i7, 8g RAM and nvidia 540m video recorder.
A friend reported an issue under load "The video driver stopped responding and was recovered." It upgraded to windows 10. And disassembled the laptop to change the thermal paste. He also tried to overclock the video.
What did I do. I restored the factory windows windows 7. I flashed the BIOS for the latest firmware (in order to reset all the BIOS settings to the factory settings). I'm doing a stress test in aida64. The processor heats up to 60 degrees, Video gains 95 degrees in 15 seconds and "The video driver stopped responding and was restored" occurs.
Help please, what else can be done?

It looks like a bad contact between the heatsink and the video card chip. If the laptop was disassembled, then the reason is most likely this. Maybe bad thermal paste was applied to the video card chip.
If it is possible to carry it to a normal service.
