Problem: The hook does not catch. (Batman: Arkham Asylum)

From the title it is clear what my problem is. Need help. Who has solutions? I want to be clear. Where the hook should catch, it does not cling and always in different places when reinstalling or choosing a different safe. Thank you in advance.
