How to remove target selection. (Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy)

Terribly infuriates the white outline on the NPC when aiming the sight !!! People, maybe someone knows how to remove this unnecessary option?

It pisses me off too) Fixed it but only for now for San Andreas. Alas, I did not understand where to look for this stroke, in the end I made it with a patch because it is easier and faster that way.
