The maximum in which the agency helps him is a complete collection of information about the target and its environment, which in itself also requires the expenditure of manpower and resources, in emergency situations it can send the 47th doctor, as it was in the Contracts, but in all other respects it is for him definitely does not help. He does not provide housing, he does not pay for tickets, if he sends him weapons, then only by prior arrangement. And all because 47 simply cannot count on anyone but himself! he is completely self-sufficient and independent.
