What does "Editor" mean?
If the editor is for creating mods, then it has already been released a long time ago.

came out a long time ago, but with the release of ED it was turned off, as was the workshop with mods. for a while, however, until they bring to mind and adapt to the new version and the VAC system, so that the mods are not accepted by cheats
