How to remove the offset of the fix picture from Steam006? (Silent Hill 4: The Room)
How to fix this - zooming out and moving the picture to the upper left corner when interactive mode is activated and subtitles are visible?The game is launched using DLLInjector.exe - "Silent Hill 4 PC Fix by Steam006 1.7.0", which fixes many bugs, but adds this one at the same time.

in the file Silent_Hill_4_PC_Fix.ini should be amended to read - instead of 1 put 0.

IncreaseBackgroundResolution = 1
Having this option enabled will make your pause menu to focus on a squared section of the screen, by disabling this option (with a 0) the pause menu issue will be fixed. "
