No Russian translation (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Reinstalling the game did not help,no subtitles and the interface is also in English,I bought the game in EGS,anyone experienced similar?If any of the solution?Can anyone share the file?

As I understand the game runs the same language as Windows.

Create folder Red Dead Redemption 2, it key with name Language and value set EN-us

Thanks man,I kind of figured,maybe someone will help,also just try to reinstall the EGS and Rock star launcher,and make repair game files.
