Cleric Build (Neverwinter Nights)
Hello everybody! The other day I was going to pogamat in the good old nvn in the officer. campaign. Played about 10 years ago. I played without thinking about who and how to play. He played as a blunt grunt, a pure warrior. Some time ago I thought about the build. I wanted the class to be mainly for melee combat, but with magical support, with high KB and saving throws and an attack. Palych did not suit because of the small and weak arsenal of magic spells, with the exception of, of course, a couple of three spells. All other casters except divine ones fell away due to the limitation of magic to armor. The clergy and druids remained. Druids have restrictions on weapons and it seems that heavy armor is well and the main strength in transformation. I settled on the clear. Everyone suits me. But they are reluctant to play with pure clergy. I love blended classes. So I decided to stir up the build. So here's the build itself:
Claire18 / Pal1 / Thief1
At the first level I take Pala, race Human
Stats:
Strength 14
Dexterity 8
Physique 14
Wisdom 14
Intelligence 14
Charisma 14 We
pump conviction and concentration leave the rest for later
Then we take 15 levels of Claire. We pump conviction, knowledge of stabs, concentration.
At 17th level, we take a thief and pump somersault to 20 (for the sake of + 4KB) and yumd to 13 (for the sake of the monk's boots +5). Then everything else is Claire.
We take the domains of War and Magic to Claire. In total, we swing the concentrate to 23, yumd to 13, knowledge of the kill to 20, somersault to 20, the rest is for persuasion and you can spend a little on creating armor to change the type of armor, otherwise many good armor do not look very
From the perks we take at the first level the luck of the heroes and enhanced reflexes (they are weak for the Claire).
Next, we swing the skill, penetration of the spells, increased penetration of the spells, improved crit on the long sword, an enhanced spell, the strength of the body (you can do something else, for example, focus on the school of magic destruction or a mighty attack). Further, upon reaching the levels, we pump everything into wisdom
From the equipment, the armor of the red dragon (+13 KB), shield 3 (+5), helmet +2 to hara, +5 to persuasion, belt of a swordsman / archer / blunt 20-boots of a monk + 5KB + 3 dexterity or boots of speed +4 KB + 1 attack bracers of strength + 2 / Cloak of protection +5 or cloak of fortification +3 KB +3 to rescues Daelan's amulet +4 to strength ring of resistance to elements 15- and ring of charisma +4. Also, the domain of war gives us at level 20 +4 to dexterity, attack, damage. Sword +5 or +3 but with attachments
As a result, we get very good saves, not sickly damage, an attack in the area of 23+ very high kb 4 attacks per round of hp in the area of 220-240 and 9 killing circles + the ability to use any magic items and heal yourself whenever you want. We get a warrior with excellent protection with healing, buffs, summons (although it is possible without them), with spells of mass destruction with a high dc who can read from scrolls and use wands.
Here are gentlemen. I ask for your comments
Valiant was
not too lazy and remembered his forgotten account to comment on it. Now I'm testing your build, while at the 9th level, I like almost everything, only the damage is not enough and sometimes not enough, maybe at high levels of strengthening spells it will be enough, I'll look further. And so this is exactly what he was looking for: a warrior who can strengthen himself with spells and occasionally can shoot something with magic himself. Thanks.
In short, if someone else finds it years after me, as I found this topic, then you should know that everything is bad at high levels. Without magic, the Persian above loses to everyone, and the magic ends quickly. In Hordes Of The Underdark, even medium bosses give this build a light, or I don't understand it. But at least I tested it.
korromais
is a perversion even for vanilla. Kharya 14 and the whole level - for the sake of 2 to the rescues, take it better than a pure cleric or druid - the drule will also move his paw on the helmet, which is at the start (bear with 30+ strength), which is in the late (dragon).
Or do a combo of clear with dd, - defender is a very cool class in itself, but with clear saves and in obcast mmm ...
