FPS from 200-300 to 100-200 (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive)

I decided to download and install the Ceh9 config. FPS in the game immediately after activating the config dropped to 120-200 from 250-300. I installed the standard config and reinstalled the game. Did not help. What to do?

you this config? He actually gives nothing. Try to customize the game yourself for yourself. And your graphics are not fashionable?
