Bug during combat (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

The bottom line is this. During combat, the block button sometimes freezes. I have pkm. It is necessary to press a block sometimes, yy stays in this block. After this, absolutely nothing works, no signs, no normal attacks, you can't even turn around and run away. All that remains is to load the last save.
