Menu and Dialogue Text (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Guys, can you tell me how to increase the text in the menu and the text of the dialogues? I play on a PC on a big 40-inch TV. I play at a distance of about 3-3.5 meters from the TV set. Help what can I do?
