Patch installer (pirate) (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Good day! I installed it means a pirate (a friend threw it off), in order to install "hearts of stone" I need a game of version 1.10, I took the patch from the same friend. I launched the installer, and there it says that the update has already been installed, but the game is 1.08, please help!

Let your friend download the finished repack version 1.12 (with hearts of stone) or download it yourself, install and play.
