the program (Murdered: Soul Suspect) has been terminated

I have win8 x64, all the parameters for the minimum are suitable (only I'm not sure about the vidyuha I have an Nvidia GeForce GTX 660M), but it does not allow me to start the game.
I start the game, for a while nothing happens and then a window from Windows "the program has stopped working" flies out and that's it. Compatibility doesn't help.

Who faced and knows how to solve problems, help. LICENSE, bought in incentive

Found a solution to the problem, who gets the error - the "murdered.exe" program does not work,
Direct 11 is to blame,
Murdered.exe "-dx9 is attributed to the shortcut. Everything works
