The problem with the AVATAR project (XCOM 2)

I put the mod on almost completely removing the project, now every time I start scanning, it says and shows an avatar about the project. What to do ???? not possible to play

remove the mod and start a new game or read what they write about this mod on the incentive

problem is that it can be said not as a mod, but as a config replacement. So what I xs what to do

Edit the following value in the XCOM 2 XComGame Config DefaultGameData.ini file: AlienHeadquarters_DoomMaxValue [0] = 12 (change 12 to any from numbers (14,16,18,20,22) or 24 (double the time), or 48 (triple the timer time))
There will be 4 such values, for each difficulty level, edit all 4.
AlienHeadquarters_DoomStartValue [0] = 0; Easy
AlienHeadquarters_DoomMaxValue [0] = 12 change to 16 or 20 or 36 eg
AlienHeadquarters_DoomStartValue [1] = 0; Normal
AlienHeadquarters_DoomMaxValue [1] = 12
AlienHeadquarters_DoomStartValue [2] = 0; Classic
AlienHeadquarters_DoomMaxValue [2] = 12
AlienHeadquarters_DoomStartValue [3] = 0; Impossible
AlienHeadquarters_DoomMaxValue [3] = 12
to save and load the game, a new campaign to start do not need
