All quests (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Hello everyone, I have a question. Is it possible to somehow light up all the yellow exclamation marks on the map. I just want to do every quest, but it's not so easy to do it, because maybe an NPC with a quest is standing somewhere else and laughing at me. I just lit up all the question marks, but I'm not sure about the quests. Tried the commands in the console but they open everything except the yellow signs. I hope you'll give me a hand.
