Tell me, does the decoction from the pacifier act in the same way as the oil, on all monsters from the ghosts and bestiary spirits section, or only on the creature - a ghost?
I honestly tried to find information on the forum - I did not find it, but the ingredients are "expensive", is it worth cooking?

You cook 1 time, and then, if you drink the broth, it will recover during meditation on its own (all potions and oils have the same recovery property)
