Achievements (Rise of the Tomb Raider)

Is there any "inverse" benefit of the Steam achievement for the game? Do they give any in-game items as a reward? I read somewhere that for reaching 100% passage they give a shotgun. Is it so?

They definitely give a shotgun, some kind of gilded one.

Xs, but usually they don't give anything for this, only in games from Volvo I met such bonuses.
And so they are just for statistics.
