Computer crashes on startup (Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy)

Hello everyone! I was waiting for the new trilogy very much, but in the end, since it came out, I still can't play it. When you start any of the versions of GTA, it starts, the monitor turns off, and the fans begin to make noise, you have to reboot. The PC is powerful, there was no such problem with any other game (GTA V, Cyberpunk, The Witcher, Skyrim and a bunch of others). I managed to reinstall three different pirates several times, updated drivers, optimized for new videos, downloaded all the latest libraries, which I just haven't done these days.
