Low bit rate (Forza Horizon 5)

After about 1.5 hours of the game, the textures begin to load with a large delay and the FPS begins to gradually decrease from 60 to 40 frames.
and after 20-30 minutes a window pops up with the following text

immediately ran into this problem - moved from Hdd to ssd, the problem remained, but less often.As a result, I reinstalled Windows and downloaded the game straight to ssd (without any transfers) and the problem did not make itself felt yet)
