Help find the game

Game - 2d digger puzzle side view. There are different items to use (Shovel, Pickaxe, Drill). Each item breaks certain stones. It seemed like it was still possible to put up a ladder. There are more objects on the level. It seems there were enemies and chests, but this is not certain. Played in 2008 on PC.
