LAN without stim (Europa Universalis 4)

People tell me pliz is there a repack of Europka 4 where you can play on LAN without connecting Steam and the Internet? And then I can’t find it, but it’ll be chopped down like a hunt !!! Like in Crusader kings 2 (with the same menu in the network)?
