Learning oddities and game crashes (The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings)

The other day I just re-asked the first part and finally sat down to replay and the second ... So I load the game happy, start a new one, transfer the save from the first part, watch the initial screensavers, go to the scene with Roche, Geralt starts his the story and then ... after talking with Triss, the game simply crashes to the desktop without any error ...

And here's another thing ... I wanted to check if it will crash in TRAINING the same way, but here's a surprise ... The game doesn't crash, but, nevertheless, I can’t move the mouse, the hero simply doesn’t move ... It's the same in the Arena. Management does not work from the word AT ALL!

Has anyone faced a similar problem? And if you did, could you solve it? And if you could, how?
