Hangs immediately on startup (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Played fine but on a mission to release one of the gang members out of prison, the game suddenly did the following: picture stopped sound as if fixated for 0.5 seconds (sounds like trrrrr). I thought that now krasnitsa the computer and pressed the reset button. Today just launched the game was the same, but after the loading screens, not allowing even to start properly.

What could it be and how it ispravil.
