Teleports do not work (Elex)

Actually, this is the whole point. Open then I opened them (several), but when I go to them nothing happens. Maybe they are somehow unlocked by quests?

Everything, figured it out. It turns out that you can use it from anywhere in the game, and not, as I thought, for obvious reasons, only around it.
