Fabius Gonzar - Elite vs Ultimate (Grim Dawn)

Does it make sense to farm Fabius on Ultimate? The answer is no!
Why?
1. The loot table for both Elite and Ultimate is the same!
2. The difficulty of the boss increases significantly
3. The time costs are quite high!
