Problem launching on Dx9 - Dx10 (Assassin's Creed: Syndicate)

Hello vopschem downloaded installed all the cases before downloading, looked with a specialist that it supports Directx9 and as a result, when the game starts, an assassin picture appears and then literally after 5 seconds throws out this error:
"unable to run the game / You video card doesn't support DirectX11 or video drivers need to be update "
what could this be?

Your video card does not support Direct 11, or your video driver needs to be updated.
