system requirements:
- .NET Framework 3.5 (or higher)
- one of the above games must be installed, the registry paths must be saved (the program automatically searches for games)

- install (self-extracting archive) ForgeX.exe anywhere
- copy the lzo.dll and FreeImage.dll libraries to windows system32 (checked, no viruses!) for the program to work correctly

If the repack is installed, please note that the author of this repack kept the registry paths and original files. Also try to run ForgeX as administrator and check compatibility with xp.

Foreign friend MichaelDarkAngel, having studied the forge format with a hex editor for a single month, kindly provided everyone with his program for opening these archives. The program works in the style of an explorer, such as for example a total commander, searches the registry for information about installed games (the list of games in the first post) and automatically opens the resources of a particular game. Also, the program is an editor for models, i.e. it is possible to change parameters, for example, the physical actions of the characters - Ezio will jump 100 meters, the guards will run like a jet plane, etc. Also, the program can open dds textures, unpack them and edit them.
Wow! How come I haven't seen this thread? * .forge could of course be opened earlier with Maki 1.2, but this is more convenient. But as far as I understand, she can't replace files?
