Crash after patching (STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl)

It crashed after talking with Sakharov after clearing Amber. I searched and found patch 1.0003, which fixes this crash. I put it on, and my saving stopped loading, it just crashes. I tried to download the save file for patch 1.00003, it also does not load. Log itself:FATAL ERROR

Yesterday I installed 1.007 (RC1) on top of 1.0006 for the clean version of the game, everything works adequately.

Example:
1.003 ---- 1.004 ---- 1.005 ---- 1.006 ---- 1.007 (rc1)
and not immediately install 1.006 from 1.003
