Can't climb the building and the car (XCOM 2)

I can't climb onto obstacles and types of buildings or machines. Learning lags. I can't get through. Tell me how to climb ??? !!!

Unwind with the mouse "back" and hover over the section of the roof to which you are going to go and then pkm. Voila
