Unable to initialize Direct3D ... (Tomb Raider (2013))

Hello everyone, I downloaded the game, set the settings, tried to start it, and the following error pops up "It is impossible to initialize Direct3D with the current settings". Has anyone encountered such a problem, tell me how to solve it ?!

You can run in a frame, but then in the game you can uncheck the box with "framed"
