Evil General (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

I go to the Gloomy Castle in Solitude. And General Tullius and the woman legate snapped at me for no reason. At the same time, the guards-nouns do not react to me in any way. Since I play as an imperial, I used the talent "Voice of the Emperor" on the general and the legate, they became kinder for 60 seconds. I even managed to turn in the quest to them and join the Legion. But the talent lasts only 60 seconds, I barely had time to read the oath. How can you make them kind to me again through the console?
