Bombers flight simulator (Fallout: New Vegas)

Even with the level of trust - Idol, the flight simulator is not available. Is there a mod for it to become available?

There is a MB mod somewhere, but in the original you cannot interact with the simulator in any way.

The simulator does not work in principle, perhaps there are modifications, but this is Google for help.
