FPS drops on Lenovo G510 laptop
Hello members of the forum. There is such a problem. Sometimes you play something, enjoy 100-120 FPS in the same BF3 or, for example, Dota 2, and it drops sharply for a couple of minutes to 15-25. What could be the problem? In all, in all possible settings, there is maximum performance, and zero sense. All games run on a discrete graphics card (Radeon HD8500M Series). The same GTA 5 at the beginning of the game, everything is fine, and then falls for 5 minutes.Overheating of the video, and maybe also the processor. Measure the temperatures of both without load and under load.
I read in the open such a thing that when the CPU or GPU overheats, the laptop deliberately cuts performance in favor of the "integrity" of the hardware. How can you clean it up?
most likely not enough memory. it is cached to disk and manipulated with data there. and the hard drive is slow and so on. If the disk is sdd, then it just slows down the system a little at such moments and does not just hang up that affects the FPS.
I have such a problem with peabuki anyway.
Or maybe really, if the laptop has 4 GB only, it may not be enough for modern games under Win7.

It now has 8gb RAM. I set one more level on purpose a month ago.
