Problems loading the world (Anno 2205)

After setting up your world and pressing the "start" button, the download is in progress and the picture freezes, but the sound continues. Computer under sis. requirements fit, what's the problem?

Do you have a Radeon? If Radeon then try to update the firewood, it helped me personally))
