Play with PS3 Joystick via DS3 Tool on PC

I'm having some weird problem.
Everything works fine, but in Mortal Kombat new on the PC, if I set the joystick in the XBOX360 settings, the character does not hit from the bottom up.
If I put Dual Shock, then everything is fine. What the hell is this? =))
