how to enable new feature after patch? (Fallout 4)

there is a last patch 1.3.47 beta where a new effect for nvidia cards has appeared:

watched a video with this effect to make sure what it really is, but in my game I did not find this feature
in the launcher settings, everything is at the maximum except shadows and daws blur in motion. In general, how to turn it on? Maybe where to register in the config? Tell me please.
