a bug in the quest from the "hearts of stone" add-on. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

a bug related to the rune master, finished all quest lines by paying for the last 15k orens. But the very first one was left hanging. the quest stupidly did not close in the section and did not affect anything else.
