Highlighting important objects (Rise of the Tomb Raider)

In the first half of the game, the yellow highlighting when the survival instinct was activated worked fine - everything was highlighted, but then closer to the middle, strange things began to happen: either nothing was highlighted at all, then individual objects were highlighted and did not go out, although I had already "influenced" them. All abilities regarding instinct have been pumped. Maybe there is some kind of on / off backlighting combination? Or is it a game bug?
