How to remove traffic lights on the roads? (Cities: Skylines)

Why do you need this? They sort of regulate traffic, they are automatically created with roads.

they slow down traffic, traffic lights are evil

Traffic manager, traffic ++ and the like

If not for the traffic light, then there would be even greater chaos

with certain mods, which are written just above, all cars pass one through one. Nobody slows down to let someone pass. No chaos.

That's not all. I figured it out. For some reason I had traffic lights on the ring, in theory they shouldn't be on the ring. I improved the ring to the highway and all the traffic lights were removed
