Mouse buttons not working (Tom Clancy's The Division)

Guys, such a problem. Mouse buttons do not work in the game. The mouse itself robs along with the wheel.
But the buttons do not react at all, neither in the main menu, nor in the game itself.
Restarting doesn't help.

Who faced this?

Do Windows work on your desktop? If yes - in the game, in the control settings, throw it off to default.

mouse is fully functional, and in the game only the shot and aim buttons are not robbed, only the view and the wheel are robbed.

There was such a problem, I solved it by simply minimizing the game to the desktop, after that the mouse worked.
