Technical problems (DreadOut)

I have such a problem here. After each death in the second act, a bug occurs. The white light that Linda is running towards does not come close, but simply hovers in place. As a result, nothing happens. The game is not possible to pass. Since there is one moment,
when a lady in a red dress attacks us, she kills us several times in the story. I reload the checkpoint, but I have to go through all over again and again. You can't go through the game with this bug. What to do? Maybe someone has encountered such a problem ?!

Maybe you're just a noob, and you've died several thousand times already, so it doesn't work, because the more you die, the longer you run

in the settings, you select a fixed distance of the limb and that's it. the distance does not increase with each death
