There are some questions about my video card

I have an Intel (R) HD Graphis (Core i3) - I would like to ask is this card normal? and will GTA 5 go on it?

This is an embedded video. To play games like GTA5, you need a normal discrete card.
Which one is right for you is a difficult question, but it can be solved by reading reviews on the Internet and viewing the price lists of stores.
However, if we are talking about a laptop, then (with a high probability) you cannot install a discrete card! And you will have to forget about GTA5 until better times :(

I have intel hd graphics 4600 hd and i3, saved 8 GB of RAM pulled by GTA with almost no lags, of course on the standard settings. Pulls fallout 4, mgs 5. But you will have to give up the ultra settings, but in mgs 5 I twisted it for myself, as a result, it goes to high, somewhere to remove the shadows and so on

Well, if a laptop, then you need to find out if the video connector is soldered on the motherboard.
If unsoldered, then you can look for a compatible board. For example, such as in the older model.
Well, if not unsoldered, then only a new computer.
Shl. it is better to contact the service, they will tell you more precisely whether it is possible to upgrade the video or not.
